Policy Duration: Our returns policy is active for 30 days post-delivery. Should this period lapse, unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returned goods.

Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Remain unused and in the condition it was received.
• Retain the original packaging.
• Sealed products must not have their seals broken.
• For individual items such as loose strips, the original sealed pouch must not be opened.

Items Excluded from Returns: We are unable to accept returns for:

• Teeth Whitening Gels
• Toothpastes
• Teeth Whitening Pens
• Items purchased on Sale
  
  

Process for Returns:

• Initiation: Prior to returning any item, please contact us for authorisation.
• Return Address: Do not send items back to the label's address. We will provide an authorised return address upon your return request’s approval.
• Fees for Returns: Returns incur a fee of £3.99. This fee is omitted if shipping was paid on the original purchase, in this case the shipping charges will be non refundable. A restocking fee of £2.50 applies to all returns.

Refund Details:

• Inspection and Communication: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will inform you about the status of your refund via email.
• Processing of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a designated time frame.
  
  

Delayed or Unreceived Refunds:

• If the refund is not credited after 10 business days, recheck your bank account.
• The refund might reflect on the statement of the original purchase date.
  
  

Product Exchanges: We replace products only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same product, please reach out to us using our contact form. 

Shipping for Returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from it.
• For items of significant value, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot assure that we will receive your returned item.
