Home Teeth Whitening Returns Policy
Policy Duration: Our returns policy is active for 14 days post-delivery. Should this period lapse, unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or accept returned goods.
Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Remain unused and in the condition it was received.
- Retain the original packaging.
- Sealed products must not have their seals broken.
- For individual items such as loose strips, the original sealed pouch must not be opened and barcode intact.
- Teeth Whitening Gels
- Toothpastes
- Teeth Whitening Pens
- Items purchased on Sale
- Initiation: Prior to returning any item, please contact us for authorisation.
- Return Address: Do not send items back to the label’s address. We will provide an authorised return address upon your return request’s approval.
- Fees for Returns: Returns incur a restocking fee of £2.50. Original shipping charges will be non refundable. If requesting return shipping labels a further £3.00 will be deducted from the refund total.
- Inspection and Communication: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will inform you about the status of your refund via email.
- Processing of Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a designated time frame.
- If the refund is not credited after 10 business days, recheck your bank account.
- The refund might reflect on the statement of the original purchase date.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from it.
- For items of significant value, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot assure that we will receive your returned item.
